RETURNS & ORDER CLAIMS

When contacting Miniature Expressions about a return or order claim, please be sure to include your full name (as it appears on your order), the order number, and the product item number(s), and the reason(s) for returning the item or making a claim.
Replacement, Refund, or Credit
Miniature Expressions wants to make sure you are completely happy with your order. We accept returns for the following reasons, within the specified timeframe:
- Just Because. At Miniature Expressions we strive to make sure you completely enjoy your new purchase. The items we sell are meant for pleasure and enjoyment. If you are not completely happy with your item you may return it for a full refund or credit within the first 7 days after you receive the product. We accept returns of all unopened products in their original packaging. No restocking fee will apply, but you will be responsible for the return shipment charges. See details below on return shipping procedures to receive your refund.
- Manufacturer Defect. Miniature Expressions makes every effort to ensure your product is free from any defect prior to shipment. If for some reason there is a problem with you new product, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. If possible, we may ask for a picture or two of the problem so we can report it to our manufacturer in case it is a product line defect (this helps everyone). We will send you a return shipping label. Simply place the item back in its original packaging and send it to us via the return shipping label. Upon receipt of the item we will send you a replacement or provide a refund or credit towards a new product (you may choose which option works best for you). All claims for defective product returns must be made within the first 5 days after you receive the product. See details below on return shipping procedures to receive your refund.
- Shipping Damage. Miniature Expressions uses only the most reliable carriers. But sometimes damage may occur during the shipping process. If you receive a package that has been damaged during the shipment process, please contact us immediately. When you open the package it is best if you can document the damage with pictures of the packaging and the damaged product itself. We will send you a return shipping label. Simply place the item back in its original packaging and sent it to us via the return shipping label. Upon receipt of the item we will send you a replacement or provide a refund or credit towards a new product (you may choose which option works best for you). All claims for damaged product returns must be made within the first 3 days after you receive the product. See details below on return shipping procedures to receive your refund.
- Missing Items. We make every effort to ensure your entire order is packaged well and all items are included. Your package will include a detailed packing slip with the quantity of each item purchased. Your package is verified to match the packing slip prior to shipment. If you believe you have received an order that is missing an item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the package. All claims for missing items must be made within 3 days. Keep all original packaging in tact and do not discard the box or packing slip.
Return Shipping Procedures
- Miniature Expressions must be notified of your desire to return a product within the time frames outlined above.
- All products being returned must be shippd back to Miniature Expressions within 3 business days of notifying Miniature Expressions of the return.
- For damage and defective goods, we may ask you send photographs of the items so we may make claims to our shipper and / or manufacturer.
- For damage and defective goods, Miniature Expressions will arrange to have the package picked up. Please place the damaged items back in the original shipping box and we will provide instructions.
- For all returns other than damaged and defective goods the customer will be responsible for arranging shipping and paying the return shipping fees. In these cases you must use a shipping method with tracking information and insurance. Miniature Expressions can not accept returns of items damaged in transit back to us. In those instances you will need to be able to make a claim against the shipper.
- For damaged and defective goods, you will receive the refund once Miniature Expressions receives the return package and all items being returned are verified.
- For all returns other than damaged and defective goods, you will receive the refund once we verify the returned items are new in their original packaging and ready for resale.
Miniature Expressions will use of the three major delivery services to send your order: United States Post Office, Federal Express, or United Parcel Service. The delivery procedures and policies of each carrier can be found on their websites. We will provide them with the exact address you have entered into the delivery section of the order. In the event an order is undelivered due an invalid address or availability of the recipient to receive the package and the package is returned to Miniature Expressions, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with the following policies:
- You paid shipping. The order amount less the shipping cost you paid will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Free Shipping. The order amount less the shipping cost incurred by Miniature Expressions will be refunded to your original payment method.
